• Worked directly with international clients to oversee the development of digital projects for luxury hotel brands, from the discovery phase to deployment and maintenance.

• Utilized JIRA to manage Kanban boards, client expectations, and daily standup meetings for scrum teams of 3 to 5 developers to execute project deadlines and ship new digital features.

• Collaborated with supervisors to define project scope, functional requirements, and timelines through weekly status updates, client calls and emails.

Sabre Hospitality Solutions | Associate Digital Project Manager

April 2017 – September 2019

• Lead the redesign and implementation of a faster, more structured sprint cycle for one of Sabre’s largest clients.

• Delivered multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while continuing to maintain positive client relationships.

• Managed the launch of a redesign honored with 2018 WebAwards for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development.

TEDxSyracuseUniversity | Web Manager + Reception Manager

March 2015 – May 2016

• Lead the design and front-end development of the TEDxSyracuseUniversity website

• Facilitated the strategic planning of annual TEDxSyracuseUniversity events, from speaker applications to day-of event management, as a member of the TEDxSyracuseUniversity executive board

• Designed the opening and closing event experience for attendees, including:

• organizing how the 200 attendees process in and out of the theater for the event

• curating a reception that included technology demonstrations, food, art, and entertainment

SALT Research Labs | Undergraduate Researcher

September 2015 – May 2016

• Conducted social and behavioral research to determine mental models of Internet users in order to learn how users respond to, interact with, and understand online privacy issues

• Designed a prototype of a browser plugin that gives the user information on web trackers, then performed user experience research to gather data on user interaction with the prototype

• Managed a team of graduate and undergraduate researchers and developers by leading team meetings, user interviews, and iterations on the tool design

Krapf School Bus| I.T. Internship

May 2015 – August 2015

• Designed a new online database system for managing internal content and sensitive employee data in collaboration with the IT Manager

• Developed a standardized manual to educate and onboard all employees to the new database system
